Someone’s misplaced affection has made my day.
An unknown number’s text wished me good morning and later added that I was missed. How wonderful it feels to be missed even if it was just for a second before I realized it’s a text sent to my phone by accident. It can’t really be for me. It’s like when u see someone waving at you and u wave back only to realized they were waving at someone else. Oh the disappointment and how it melts off the smile on your face.
I hate to think someone was waiting for a text wishing them good morning and never received it. Someone is waiting for a text that reminds them that they are being missed.
Someone’s mistake made me realize how much I’m missing out on life and how little things can make you so happy. I wonder if I’d ever receive a text telling me that someone out there missed being with me.
I should delete that text…..

do not let your fear decide your fate. if you are posting this here means you are an sensitive person: that means you are able to share affection and love. and guess what! that is all we truly need in this messed up world.
Ummm… I talk to random people I don’t know a lot, even in person. I’m probably the worst enemy to any parent that told their kid not to talk to strangers, but it makes me happy. So, if it helps, I’d have sent you that text if I knew your phone number.
If we became good friends, I would definitely send you a text like that. 🙂
I think about my good friends often, and I really enjoy spending time with them.

And Yes I am able to share affection and love, But i am damn TIRED and SICK of giving and never getting anything back, i am drained , I simply have nothing left. This “messed up world” is making me wanna give up. how is it that the kindest ppl i’ve even met are on this site?

@blacklight915, I’m glad to hear u have ppl in your life u enjoy being with. It really does make all the difference. The ppl in your life can make or break u sometimes. If we become good friends I will send u a text like that too. 🙂
I got a message like that once and by accident we become friends because of it.:) I would totally send you a message like that, I love the thought of someone smiling and when someone sees the good in little things like that it warms my heart and brightens my day xD. But being kind dont get you everywhere you need to be so sometimes youve got to put yourself before anyone else

I am so tempted now to text random numbers with the same msg I receieved today. What if someone out there is actually doing the exact same thing?
I also like to see someone smile at the msg they received on thier phone and hope it makes their day eventhough they may not know the sender, what does it matter?
