I found this site today when I googled “I want to die” I feel like this all of the time. I see people on tv or on the street laughing and smiling and think “why cant I be happy for ten seconds in my day like they are right now” I want to die, to the point I am considering suicide but I don’t know what to do. I started cutting again. I want to know what do you guys do when you feel down, like your the gum on everyone else’s shoe?

well wht i do when i feel down i listen to music and just dance or if its really bad i just cut… i draw sometimes i go out for runs. I try to make cutting my last result
You should read a book. Not any self-help, but a fiction. No movie or game could come close to a good novel. I was never suicidal myself, but I was pretty down during high school. Never knew if I was depressed, but I think the book Fight Club really helped me get out of my bleh phase.
I try to keep as busy as possible. I like working out in my home gym and watching tv.
i sleep, or try and talk about other people’s problems instead of mine so i don’t have to think about them.
