I always feel like i shouldn’t be like that, that people have it worst then me and that i’m being depressed over stupid thing and ugh like that girl i just read about her past and looking at my life i’m having it the easy way so maybe i should just grown up and stop being a child cause everything is right, right? Maybe i should just forget about my depression cause other have it worst. I remember having a message from this anonymous guys telling me how i’m shit cause all the things that ever happen to me are baby scars and that other have scars deeper and worse then mines, should i believe in him, should i just stop everything and leave it all being cause my problems are almost nothing compare to others

I can relate to how you feel, as I often feel this way. However, the pain that your are experiencing is still pain. Suffering is still suffering, so you shouldn’t feel as though your pain is less painful than that of others. Don’t listen to what others say, focus on yourself. No one knows what you are truly going through, and experiencing beside yourself, so just ignore the cruel remarks of others. I wish you well, and I hope that you find happiness.
i hope you find yours 2, thank you 🙂
Anybody can have depression. No matter what their lot in life is. I know of people who are multimillonares and have everything a person could want and they still are depressed and on medication. Have you sought out a counselor? have you sought out a psychiatrist?
have you tried to make changes to your life to make your blues go away?
Your problems are just as valid as any others. so dont put yourself down thinking that you have no right to be depressed. People of all ages and all kinds of lifestyles can suffer depression and or be suicidal. But you can get help and make things better. You are a worthwhile person
try to make friends with people that can help you and lift you up

thank you and i’ll try 🙂
Forgive me for saying but you’re quite young. Anything and almost everything will change for you in the coming years. A lot of us “old” people don’t remember much of how we felt when we were your age, but I do know that I was miserable at that age, while now 2 decades later I’m doing ok. Not great, but not bad either. Did you know that the older people get, the happier they are with their lives (there is extensive scientific tested proof for this)? Don’t listen too much to someone saying the scar of someone else is deeper than yours, feelings can (and should) only be weighted by the ones feeling them. As mentioned by others, there is help always around, everywhere, but my advice would definately be to give it time and see how it unfolds, just be yourself and maintain your own way of living.
its okay everybody as their own opinion and i’ll try thank you 🙂
I think you misunderstood/misread me. There was no intention at all to be negative at anything you said or did. If you feel that way, please point it out so I may clarify.
yes i understood what you said i know you didn’t have the intention to negative
Cant.FixMe,
Personally, I don’t buy into the argument of “Other people have worse lives, so you don’t have the right to feel bad about your problems.” As someone else already said, people of all ages and levels of wealth suffer from depression. You have as much right as anyone to feel bad about the stresses in your life.
