Seriously, no one respects me enough to even acknowledge me!! In school, I’m constantly ignored by people, students and teachers alike! Even my so-called friends ignore me!!! EVERYONE ACTS LIKE I DON’T EXIST AND I UTTERLY HATE THEM ALL!!!!! Girls ignore me too, they treat me like shit, while every other piece of crap at my school gets girls. I’m the only person that actually even attempts to be kind to anyone EVER and in da, they insult their own friends have the time! I’m treated like a nothing and a nobody, I hate my stupid white school and the stupid people in it, I hate that I stay sane by taking breaks during class to cut myself, I JUST HATE EVERYTHING!!!! I figured, I could finally get attention by ending this pathetic existence, stick the finger at all the assholes that have made my life complete misery.

Hi Jimmie. It sounds like school is rough right now. There’s an expression that you might here at some point. “Nice guys finish last.” Sometimes the nicest of people has the most challenges. But that doesn’t mean it will be like that forever. You’re not going to be in school forever, right? There are definitely changes down the road so try to remember that. As for now, try to find a few friends you can get together with. You don’t have to be popular and know everybody. If people insult you, it’s their loss. They probably weren’t worth being friends with. I’m guessing that you have a lot of time left to meet girls so let it happen naturally. When it happens, it should be worth the wait.
There will always be people in life who try to knock you down. That’s life. A big part of life is how you respond. Sometimes you have to get back up and move forward. Ending things isn’t the answer. If you need some support, this site is a good place to get some. Welcome. You’ll find some friendly people who will listen if you choose to share. Life isn’t easy and many people here understand that. I know that I do.
Steve Martin once said “Be so good they can’t ignore you”. Find something (constructive) you like to do and work at doing it well. I picked up the guitar and running in high school and people (girls love a guy that can play a guitar) started noticing me then.
The thing is, I’m an artist, I like to draw, I’m good at it, I don’t want to give it up to learn a skill I don’t want (playing guitar).
