Do you not have anyone to help you? I want to help everyone here as much as I can (even if it’s still not much) and I think a lot of us feel similarly. Have you made any post prior to this one? I’d like to know your story.
I moved over here with my girlfriend i left everything behind for her including my family. its been over 5 years now.. iv been building my life with her and now she doesn’t love me anymore. now my world has been falling apart and i have now where to go i have nothing. Iv never felt so alone and depressed as i do right now
If you’re not happy being with her – if you’re unhappy – then you should be alone. Being single is okay, it’s allowed. Be single until you get your head right and feel ready to get back out there. Work on yourself and gain some self-appreciation and remember what you have to offer. If she doesn’t love you then you have to leave her. There’s no point to persisting.
Off topic; that’s from bmth’s drown, right?
Is moving back with your family still an option? Maybe you’ll be better with them, or try to find a new job and meet new people, I can’t really give you advice but a bit of change might be good for you. I wish you the best and please don’t think about suicide as your way out.
Yeah it is i love that song… i mean moving back with my family is an option but it would be really weird and awkward because my parents divorced and my mom lives with another guy. I havnt when back home since i left more than 5yrs ago
Wow so sorry to hear of you situation and what a huge loss you have suffered. Your plans been thrown out the window, your future and dreams been shattered no wonder you feel the way you do..you have every right to feel that way and you may feel the hurt, even betrayal for sometime because its a real human and natural way to feel…….i think there would be something wrong if you didnt feel that way.
You need time to grieve but you also need to find a safe place to live. So as hard as it is list 5 plusses that will help you
1. You have a job
2. Are you healthy? Hope u are
3. Your hardworking if you are holding down a job
4. You must be a loving person if you had a girlfriend – regardless of her changing her feelings towards you
5. You fill in another quality that you have
Change any of the above 4 plusses if you want.
So find even a share house or 1 room rental til you can work things out in your mind.
Find a doctor who can get you some mental health support.
Do you have a friend, workmate or family you could talk to.
None of my suggestions may be any good to you because of the way you are feeling right now but i do hope you give yourself some credit for all the things that you are good at….cause you do matter.
Hugs x
