I hate it when people say, “It gets better”
Like how the fuck do you know? What if it doesn’t get better. What if I just continue to fail miserably? What if everything just gets worse? Was worth waiting around? Was it worth trying so hard every day, to just fall flat again?
I don’t think I’m willing to keep following the cycle.

We here don’t necessarily think it gets better.
Seem my offer today titled “An offer”
Keep posting, we will listen.
Time is complicated, when people say things get better, what they mean is something new will approach you. You will get another thing to hope for, or perhaps you will get a new oppourtunity to pursue. Depression is a self perpetuating illness at times, that being said, I have no idea what your core issues are. I just think the phrase “it gets better” refers to the idea that at a certain point things will evolve in your life, and the pain you feel now will be diminished, or overshadowed by something else. Life has a tendency to move from one thing to another, but by the sound of it, depression (or whatever your issue is) has left you in a pit of stagnation. Whether things improve or not, the natural progression of life will require you to continue on and survive. Since you have to continue to support yourself, there is a slight probability of things getting better, but if you keep surviving long enough, things will get better.
Once again, I don’t know you at all, you could have 2 months to live or chronic aggressive hemorrhoids.
