“eventually I’ll have to lock myself somewhere alone and breakdown.”
This happened to me last night.
I made it out to the car and just sat there for awhile, crying against the steering wheel.
The kind of hard crying where you can feel your face getting hot, and all you can do is exhale, and your body gets to the point where it forces your lungs to breathe.
And as usual it was a topic I couldn’t explain to anyone else because no one else understands it.
Anyway, yes I totally get the idea of needing to break away and lose it for awhile.
Wow yeah those are the same symptoms I get during a panic attack, usually when my lungs start vomitting air my body goes into a state where it feels like my whole body is on pins and needles

I feel the same way I cant take much more of the build up inside only so much one person can take
