I want to die and the urge is so unbearably strong. Right now, I don’t know whether to leave a note, I have no idea what to write and I’m thinking whether it’s okay to just leave the world without a note. I don’t want people who care (if any) to hurt anymore than they should trying to cope with the loss.

I say write a note, even if you end up throwing it away. The reason is I think writing a note will help you get your thoughts in order, consider the reasons for what you’re doing, how you’ll be affecting others, and maybe change your mind if you realize it doesn’t make any sense.
Thank you. I’ve decided to write a note. However, I can’t seem to put my plan into action. I want to go so badly yet at the same time, I want to see what tomorrow may bring. It’s torturing because it’s like a bloody war in my head. I cannot act out without getting thrown into jail or the hospital. It’s either death or hide and live normally (which I’m giving up on). There’s no in between.
it might help them hurt less if they understood why a little better. also like OneShot says, if you can think all of it through, you’ll ensure that you’re making the best decision
It’s can be painful not knowing why a person has left. It opens the door upon self reflection and you agonizingly start scrutinizing all of your own actions, wondering if you were perhaps in some way the antagonist.
As OneShot suggested writing your reasons down can be cathartic and may make you reconsider. Suicide is permanent.
If you ever wanted to talk the community here is understanding as we can often relate.
If you are unsure of what to write, maybe start by expressing how you feel and what has led you to feel that way.
Note. If you care about the people that you leave behind that at least would give them a bit of an explanation and some closure. Not that they won’t suffer anyways, but it’d be worse without a note. Feel free to share whatever put you in the situation you are currently on btw, if you want to do so.
