What do you not like about SP? I’m sure there are aspects of this site that people do not like and why some people leave this site (other than being dead). What are your issues/gripes about this site?

Stalking people takes too much work.
People are allowed to delete their posts. But there’s no way to get around that if you are still going to allow people to edit their posts.

Well, pizza is essentially bread, with cheese and other stuff piled on top of it.

-Subscribing to posts and comments on thread that aren’t yours is a little hard. But that does force me to ensure i read more, and to ensure i make every comment is aok with out me having to return if they answer. Idk if it’s making sense
– No private messaging
– Hard to keep track of my own comments from days ago … the interface that shows posts should show more details and make it easier to find all my posts/comments … search feature sucks
– Moderation triggers are a joke
– But, most importantly, most of the posts made here are worthless junk
I do not like that it is not as private as you think it is. I have had several people email me and ask me why am I thinking about killing myself. I have also been asked why I am on a site like this even thought I am using a random name.
I do not like the fact that we cannot have some place on the site that we can discuss methods to committing suicide. I mean it says no methods but some people may actually be helped by having methods here as they may end up getting scared of the method they were thinking about and decide to live.
You could lock the room up and make it a white list to those that want to join in and since you do background checks on people it would be easy to check on them. You can also have a mod that is in the room to make sure it does not go crazy or gets out of hand. I would be glad to volunteer.
Google sometimes is not your friend when searching for suicide methods as most of the results turn up to how to PREVENT it or trying to have you call a hotline. I think this board could use a room for us to openly discuss how and why and what methods we want to use for suicide.
How did they find out it was you?
-Maybe change your profile pic? If that is a real photo of you and that photo is also elsewhere on the net, they can link the photos.
-Also, change your email to a fake or junk email account. Don’t use a real one because people can see it.
