The present you see around you is the result of thousands of generations past doing the best they could with the situations they were dealt, within the limits of a single lifetime. They made mistakes just like people do today. I’m all for fairness and a better system but it will not happen.

people only care when you DON’T try, but they pretend it’s because they care for you, when in reality it’s about the fact they don’t want you to get away with not working like them and doing the stuff that they ‘have’ to do that makes them miserable, and they want to pull you down to the bottom of the bucket with them
