I’m not a fan of glen beck, but I love Simon Sinek. He has a great perspective here and I invite you to watch this video about a perspective on violence, loneliness, and what we’re doing to make those feelings better/worse. I would like to have an honest, positive conversation (in a judgment free zone) and see how we might take steps to move past these feelings, and try to help ourselves.
Love you all.

I enjoyed that. I like that kind if stuff.
Reminds me of freakonomics
I really enjoy his take. All of the feelings you are feeling are because of 4 chemicals in your brains.
Whenever I am low, or freaking out about something, I try to remember that- my brain is just sending out the chemicals it thinks is right for this situation… and try to change that reaction.
Let’s share our feelings https://youtu.be/PO6Zk5qkYcA
Addicted to dopamine? Wait, what? His solutions don’t decrease dopamine bursts, they elicit just as many as the things he’s referring to as “addictions.” I don’t get it.
So I think The overarching idea is that you phone and human interaction will give you the same burst of dopamine, which one would you rather have a meaningful relationship with? A human being or an electronic device?
