and get anything at all done. been like that for 3 months. like, what a useless shit i’ve been. can’t even get the smallest thing done.
Feel so lethargic and fatigued. Have ZERO energy to do anything. I have to drag myself to pee and shower, let alone actually DOING something.

I feel very similar, but I do find myself happy with something I get done every now and then. Today I cleaned for about half an hour. Not much, but not nothing.
plus I rotate between my office or living room during the day and bed, so the change of scenery helps.
I guess the critical question is what do you want to get done? Can that task be broken down into smaller parts? can you make progress?
