my medication stopped working, and i’m feeling suicidal again, i’ve had a problem with cutting for years now, but its gotten alot worse recently, does anybody have any good coping skills that aren’t, that read a book, draw a picture, love yourself, therapist crap?

Whats the point honestly ? The therapy stuff is a load of crap… It usually only lasts for a month or two and then your back where you started. My muse to get through is music and artsy stuff….

try switching meds and talk therapy. and getting involved in art. those three together are usually killer
i’ll try and switch meds, but my therapist is pissy about that, so it might not work
