I hate myself too. From my personality to my physical appearance, I am totally garbage. I wish I could die, but I am too much of a coward to kill myself.
I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. Listen to your pain. Don’t dismiss it as something you shouldn’t feel. Pain is real. So is taking care of YOU.
Try to find ways of coping- have you ever journaled? Writing out your thoughts , like you do here, can help. Or talking with a friend or a hotline – your brain waives actually change when you talk.
My heart goes out to you both because I have (and still do) feel the same. But I am using these ideas and others to help me through.
