I need reassurance. I think way to much. i need to be productive. Block out any damaging thoight that is uncomfortable. I have to stop analysing stop second guessing myaelf.
Any dosturbing thought -BLOCKED.
As i conciously start identofying bad thoughts i realiZe theyre EVERYWHERE and i LET them dictate how i feel.

Any suggestions how i can block these uncomfortable thoughts??

Happy… but having suicidal thoughts

So this is my first story here…

I’m 20 years old and have been thinking about suicide since I was about 7
(yes, for real)

Thing is, back then, I was also happy… The biggest problems I had were
“my brother ate my chocolate” and so on… And well, now, with getting older, encountering other *more severe* problems in life, they still don’t get to me in a way that I would want to kill myself because of them. As said in the title, I’m a quite happy person.

I, like many other people, am a “lucky” person.
I have a great family, everything I could want and more, many friends who are supportive of me, and a good life in general.
Yet, all the while, I feel this emptiness inside me where emotions should be. Whenever I feel “happy”, it’s more close to feeling something close to happiness, almost like its shadow. If emotions were people, they would come knocking on the door of my heart, then before I can open the door and let it in, it leaves, making me feel something ALMOST like emotions.

They all think im ok now, im getting better.. Im getting through this with positivity.. Thinking happy thoughts. Yup, thats me.. Changing back into the old Zoe.. Newsflash.. Well, my “manic”(happy) mood was short lived, now i am anxious. I need someone to give me tips on,For lack of a better word, how to not give a ****I just have to emphasize how serious I am. I just can’t convince myself to realize that I am overreacting and I am irrational.

Not my first time here. I’ve created an account on here before, just forgot the username, pw, and email. :/ I doubt anyone care about that, cux I was barely active on here. I only submitted one post, and that was it. It was around this time when I’ve these thoughts.

Always “predicted” at a certain age…
