I must say, I think the thing I most truly, profoundly hate in this world is people judging every f(I can swear on this site right?) thing I decide on or do. There’s nothing that frightens me more.

It sometimes gets to the point where I hide feelings and thoughts, ideas and decisions. Why do people do that? I wouldn’t ever judge anyone based on their decisions without even knowing them. Everybody has their own reasons. Like me, right?

People just make me mad. Anybody feel the same?

Going through the motions of a life

I’ve struggled with major depression for several years. The time between feeling some level of normal and giving anything for death to free me from this is getting shorter and shorter. In November, I argued with my shrink and therapist that this is my life, and to not allow me from release from the pain was unethical. After when animals suffer, they are put down. But really I don’t!I wish I did, and people tell me they are, and it seems that people want to talk to me, but I am alone. See I wanted to tell you, I have no friends! I live my life, and I know people, and those people talk to me, But they don’t care.What they care about is their ego, or their agenda. They don’t care about me or my problems.

My whole life I’ve been told that I was smart. Smart enough to do anything I wanted. I would be the one in the family to go the furthest and make everyone proud. Well, here I am, about to fail my first class in grad school. There’s no way out of it now, save death. The final is Monday, and I know nothing. It has almost been seven years since you were taken away from me. Every holiday, especially Mother’s Day, your birthday, and the anniversary are particularly hard for me. However, what is killing me is that I cannot remember how your voice sounded, how you smelled, whether your hands were soft or rough, how it felt to be hugged by you. I smile during pictures. I smile ’cause I can. I smile when my best friend Becca, takes my hand. I smile when I see you, because thats what is polite. I smile during the day. The physical pain and the disease remain. Those cannot be cured.Â But the mental pain, the betrayals, the tragedies, the taking of my innocence as a child which warped me for most of my life.Â No counseling could make me expose that…. that horror….in my time boys were raised to be the strong silent type….. and even if the occurrence was not your fault you could not tell.
