I’ve suffer from anxiety and depression for months after my relative just keep telling me “not to worry and let karma do the rest” about my neighbour from hell next door. Its very true though when one feels depressed or suicidal one does not like/ want to hear such things.

I made myself read it anyway – then I forced myself to spend at least an hour thinking / writing about as many people I could who are worse off than me.

There is a lot of people – from neighbours, to friends, to people in countries at war, people who have lost limbs, partners, children. Its a good excercise to do and gets ones mind off things.

I make this question every day to myself, for something like 8 years. 8 years ago.. i came to italy, with my mother. My parents devorced when i was 3 y.o. and from then i lived with my granparents in russia. So it’s actually a beautiful day today. The sun is shining and its actually warm outside. Everyone always seem to enjoy the sunshine. People are happier and less annoyed and it only makes me more irritated. It only reminds me more of how miserable I feel.

So after much (or not) thought, I’ve decided to just go through with it. I’m going to eat my 50 monkshood seeds and see where I go. It seems this is the only viable option now. It’s either that or the 350 nightshade seeds, but Erowid turned me off from the nightshade since it seems to trip you up instead of actually killing you.
