Hello.
Nobody really needs to see this, just read my username.

Why keep on going?
It’s just…… Everything is made out to mean the world to people when there are stars out there that are trillions of times larger than our planet. If anything, we’re just science’s little exception. People say that if we moved just a little closer to the sun, our planet could burst into flames. So why try anything?
this all started from reading some story, by the way.
I just don’t understand why we keep on working if everything is going to waste anyways. Maybe I’m just being a big ol’ douche, i dunno.
If we want to work so hard to succeed in life, why do some of us like to break and destroy things?
Biotic creation was a really stupid idea.
I sometimes think to myself, what if nothing was ever created?
No nebulas, galaxies, nothing.
Poof.
How much would money be worth then?
How great would realationships mean then?
I’m sorry. Maybe i just need some sleep.

“I just don’t understand why we keep on working if everything is going to waste anyways.”
Because what happens so quickly on a universal time scale, takes quite a while to transpire in human time, and we have to do things to be more comfortable, or at least less miserable, in the meantime.
“If we want to work so hard to succeed in life, why do some of us like to break and destroy things?”
1) don’t assume everyone wants to work hard
2) i think the taste for destruction partially reflects a dissatisfaction with an inability to create what we want.
Don’t assume any of this was “created.” There is no valid reason to assume such a thing. Assume it exists, because our senses and history tell us it does. The cosmos exists, and we exist; there is no good reason to question that.
If nothing existed, money wouldn’t exist… the notion of value would not even exist. Nothing would be worth anything… anything would be worth everything, since nothing exists… but there would be nothing to hold any value, and no one to perceive or assess any value.
