I know what you’re doing – you’re testing it out. I used to do that with a scarf. It’s dangerous play but it won’t kill you, it just makes you feel crazy then cathartic, and makes you feel less scared about killing yourself one day.

If you were actually going to do it, you’d have to do it differently for it to be effective. Why don’t you stop doing this play, and do something else which won’t hurt you? Don’t build up to killing yourself. It’s a dangerous path.
