How come no one has ever told me how to deal with stress?
all i want to do is stare into the wall all day… and thats exactly what i do. i cant get anything done.
i want to get things done i just cant get an overview and that leads to me panicking about it and then i dont get it done. i hate it. every minute of it.
i get more and more depressed for each day passing.. nothing seems to cheer me up anymore. i cry over the littlest things. i cant hold myself together. my life is chaos right now…. i hate everything.

On the stress part, I guess I would recommend taking deep breaths to start with, and making lists (manageable lists) about what you can reasonably do in a day, and maybe seek out counseling, cuz doing it on your own and succeeding is damn near impossible
We’re not taught how to deal with stress that’s why we have an obesity epidemic (comfort eating), addictions, stress related illnesses and such high divorce rates.
What a crazy world we live in where profits seem to be viewed as more important than people’s well being.
Thankfully there’s loads of free info on the internet about stress. Find an article that you like and follow the advice. Just one step at a time in the right direction and you’ll be able to get things back on track. x
Meditation and yoga are known to help reduce stress. The hard part is being patient with yourself in order for it to work. Many people (including my mother) have said they both help.
Many people try to reduce stress in a quick way that ends up causing more problems than good. You do have to learn to be patient with yourself, which I understand can be very hard. You can make it through this. Like Snowdrop said, one step at a time. 🙂
Thank you guys! I’ll try some of it soon 🙂
A hobby that you enjoy doing also helps to release stress. A useful technique to do chores that you don’t know how to deal with, is grabbing a sheet of paper and writing it down in smaller sequencial steps, that way you deal with plenty of smaller things one after another, instead of a big one (sometimes it works for me).
You might consider putting your lists of chores in the wall if you stare at it often too, lol (j/k). Good luck 🙂
