I’ve only ever traveled domestically. But airports are built out of pure, hardened anxiety. I don’t think it’s possible to even walk through an airport without catching a dose of nervous energy. I can only imagine that international travel would be much worse. lol
Good question . It is so bad for my anxiety at airports I finally quit using airlines altogether. Like rivets said, airports are “pure, hardened anxiety”. Nor am I willing to let someone in customs practice extortion on me with their never ending creative duty practices in some countries. I am not willing to risk an unexpected unpleasant encounter with law enforcement in another country either.
That doesn’t bother me packing brothers me, I use to take everything including VCR, coffee pot, these days it’s different, and I’d bring back twice as much.
