I hate myself. I am stupid. I am ugly. I am fat . I am died inside. I am alone. I am fat. I am selfish. I am annoying . I am a person who wants help but can tell anyone in fear of them judgeing me. I am finished.
^Agreed. Not everyone, I don’t hate you either or do I wish to judge you…
Everyone is selfish, and plenty of people have a problem with their self-image…And people can relate with a dead feeling inside, and loneliness, and just a sense of self-hate.
Everyone talks about it being a process, not usually an easy one, to learning to love yourself how you are – or if you truly think something needs to change then do it( in a healthy manner )… But I do urge you to stop beating yourself up and being so hard on yourself, because that gets you no where except in a deeper whole with more of the same thoughts :/
Also I can understand a fear to open up and letting people in… But I think if you want help( professional or not ) you have to find someone to let in… However, don’t rely on them to do all of the work either…
I can hear you sadness. You do however, say you want help. That and your fear of judgement would seem to indicate that somewhere inside of you there is still hope; that you do still care for yourself, even if you may not feel it too strongly at this moment. I think that by reaching out here, you have taken the first step towards seeking understanding and help. Do consider calling your local phone helpline. They are there to listen without judgement. 🙂
Everything you just said is learned behaviour, someone told you that and you continued the story in your head. You could completely change that story to a positive one, but you need to make a definitive choice about that. If you believe it, it’s true! So why not believe something positive and something that allows you to feel good about you? Take care.
I live in a large family were I have no privacy and because my family is strongly “connected” with church and god they would not believe me and disown be
