Hi all,
I notice that a lot of people posting are in the US, and know that you do not have a national health service. So I’m curious, is there no support at all for people who are having mental health problems unless they have private medical insurance? Are there community services available?
im tired of my life. i just give and dont get. my mom needs me my dad needs me. some 16 year old friend of my mom needs me. i like her but turn she will probably never move to where i am even if i wait. she is not stable right now. my sister is always busy and not easy to talk to. my dad cut me out of his life. my mom just doesnt get how i feel. if i killed myself i would just be inconveniencing them. i woyldnt lose anything. yeah they care about me, but isnt every one supposed to? Sometimes I wish my cancer back. Then I would have something to fight. But more than the fight, I could cheat killing myself and then my family would hate cancer instead of me. Ah the lovely thoughts of a depressed person.
It feels like I died and no one told me. As if a cog imploded and I in my sweet ignorance just continued on my merry way. It hurts with and without the medication. There is no relief. How do people even do this. I rally and step forward only to lose the strength to stand. Am I someone’s idea of amusement, perhaps? A failed experiment of some kind, decaying ever so slightly. Nothing a little spit won’t fix. I’m tired. So tired now. Have I paid my dues yet? I’ve lived enough. Let it end… Please.
i fucking hate how everyone keeps leaving. the moment i begin to trust them and become attached to them they stop talking to me and all of a sudden i have no one. i’m done with trust and i’m done trying to keep up all my friendships on my own. just stop making me feel like shit
Do any one eles thing they should do a show or movie foucesing on how deep a depressed, sudicidal , mind works…. Would you watch this show or movie if it was real?

I am so sick of the ups and downs…. Make a plan to kill my self … Pray for a reson why not Tooo….. Gets the reson…work harder to better life ….Turn happy ….think about it deeply on accident …. But keep trying to be happy….minds starts to collapse in thougths…. Start to cry….. Work harder to keep my self from thinking… Began to fail at any activity at hand….
