Okay, you moron, Ima tell you what I know about sleep and insomnia: (some are personal experiences)
1.Sleep deprivation cam KILL you.
2. Insomnia is HORRIBLE.
3. you are a moron
4. People with insomnia are tired as hell, but can’t fall asleep
5. without sleep, you can begin to halucinate and have suicidal thoughts.

Teachers, staff, social workers, administrators, monitors, assistants, whatever you may find in schools, have no freaking idea which students are the suicidal ones
If teachers, etc., get a feeling a student is depressed, suicidal, or whatever, they wouldnt even care to give/offer help
if students actually TOLD these ignorant people, they STILL wouldnt even do anything . why? because they dont fuckn care. or something they dontwant to get involved in. ‘
there is this policy that they have to follow (depending where your school is) that if the student is in danger or whatever, then they “have” to tell the office/authorities or WHATEVER.

This is first time I have ever posted on web about suicide, this is actually pretty cool. I will not go into all my problems, just to the point where as so many other times in my life, I question why am I living? I have lost really great jobs, decent marraige, etc. and now I feel alone. Sorry people hehe the title was just an example of how only serious things get the attention. Just a test is all… Mostly I wanted to be aware of stuff people would want to read about from someone else’s point of view. Sometimes an outside opinion from someone who doesn’t really have a biased opinion might be all you need. I rather understood the comment about pain being on the inside while on the outside it’s damn near hidden. It spoke to me a lot, I know I’m not alone.
