And now what?

A few days ago I made an attempt and failed. Â Although the entire event was totally painless and quite peaceful I awoke about 30 minutes after only to find my body had apparently taken over using its’ reflexive ability to remove what was “causing harm”. Â I did not take this into consideration and therefore it serves as yet another example of my capacity to fail miserably. Family does not understand what manic depressive bi-polar is like.

I feel dead inside. My soul has been devoured by a pit of darkness pulling me in.

Every day… I see no hope… no future. Just darkness, pain, lonely… can’t fight the pain much longer.

Just went crazy, throwing stuff around my room, breaking stuff. Yelled at my parents on the phone, threatening suicide.

I’ve had several panic attacks, feeling convinced that my life is over. This one is the worst one yet.Â I feel like it will continue like this until i’m finally ready to die

Don’t have a good way to do it though. Scared of brain damage with hanging. No access to guns/drugs/poison

I am the third and youngest child in my family. My eldest brother David has never been nice to me no matter how hard I have tried, and recently he told me I am no longer his sister. My other brother Timothy was born with brain damage and got all of the attention from my parents. I was always ignored and my parents never realised I have had depression for a very long time.
