What a strange place.

What a dangerous place.

You can find literally anything on the internet and I mean anything. All it takes is a simple google search and *poof* over thousands of pages pop up on your computer. I feel invisible anyway… So why can’t I just disappear? It’s not like anyone would notice. My therapist doesn’t help, the people who are considered “friends” don’t understand, my family doesn’t care… But when I’m reading things online, looking for some sort of help… Everything always says, “just keep hanging on, everything will get better, just wait one more day.” One more day for what? A miracle? Miracles only happen in movies, not in real life.

The trigger – my long-term partner ending things. Not a unique trigger and millions go through this each year. So I’m told, so I tell myself. They can get through it, why can’t I? Slowly but perceptibly I feel myself going down and further down. My thoughts are racing, are dead, I have no idea what I’m doing. I can’t eat and can sleep only with sleeping pills. My mood lately has been up and down. But I came to a breakthrough. I don’t want to kill myself anymore (unless I’m feeling real down then the thoughts come back) but overall I don’t. I realize I’m going to die one day anyways so I’ll deal with all the crap til I do. Cause 80 years really isn’t that long (if i’m that lucky).

I still feel like shit, try not to think about what a failure I am but it’s very apparent in my life so not thinking about it or being aware is hard to do.
