Currently playing a game. Made a wrong move that cost me 7,700 in “energy” which took nearly 1.5 hours to save up. Doh! All that energy down the drain in just 4 bad few moves. And I had to backtrack, (which took 4 moves back), so now an hour and a half later, I’m 4 moves and 7,700 energy in the hole. o.O Plus now I gotta remake the 4 moves forward, costing another 3600 in “energy” just to get where I was before. Double Doh!

Why do people think that this life is the FIRST life, and that when we die, we go to “hell” (or heaven if you happen to choose to believe the “right” god)?

Who here also has problems sleeping? I don’t mean every now and then, I mean chronically deprived of sleep. I get about 4-5 hours of sleep a night, 6 if I’m lucky, 7 if all the planets line up, and 8 if there’s a purple unicorn in the sky.
It’s so draining and tiring, because you never make the loss sleep up. Every day I am tired. Every day I have no energy to do anything, and nothing gets done. Its been like this for several years now.

I don’t understand why people would want to be pumped full of toxic chemicals, to slowly decay for hundreds of years, and be put into an insanely expensive ornate wooden box that you’re not going to see nor enjoy, but someone will have to pay through the nose for it.
Personally, I prefer to be cremated, as these are the only 2 options currently available.

So WTF is the point of calling a company, where they place you on hold, then have a customer service rep ANSWER the fucking call, only to be placed on hold again? The CSR says “can you I place you on hold?” as soon as she picks up. WTF? Why even bother picking up, just to put me on hold? I live in the US, a supposed first world nation, a self-proclaimed “#1 country in the world” for decades, and yet our leaders refuse to give us basic things like universal health care, which almost all other first world countries have. And try to shut down things like freedom of speech if you dare disagree with our ‘dear leaders.’ If I had a choice, I’d move elsewhere. But where?
Those who are chronically depressed seem to have a life that’s just about coping- from day to day to year to year. It gets heavy and repetitive.
I want to be rid of depression and just be happy for once, but it seems like there’s a perpetual fog, full of thunderous clouds, striking me at all places, at all times, lest I be happy and carefree.
Those who manage to not be sad all the time inevitably wind up in the cycle of sad–>depression–>okay–>managing–>sad again–>depressed again–>okay for a moment–> and continues on like this for years/decades.
