I don’t know what to do with myself anymore. I don’t know how to exist anymore. I’m so misunderstood. No one gets me. No one even seems to notice me. I’m just that shy girl who no one notices. I’ve been feeling very strange lately.
For no obvious reason, my head hurts.
Well, not in a literal way like when I have a headache, but it still hurts.
I feel pressure inside my head.
It prevents me from thinking clearly.
I feel like there is a foreign object in my brain.

I could disappear right now and no one even care to notice that I was gone. I can be surrounded by tons of people and still feel like I donâ€™t belong anywhere. I know how some people wanna be skinny and thin but IÂ don’t.Â I’mÂ 15 years old andÂ don’tÂ have an eating disorder i’m just VERY skinny. Domestic relations picked up my dad today, he hasn’t payed child support in 6 months.Â I love my dad even though he picked drugs over me and my family. Now he’s supposedly “clean”Â I don’t believe it but whatever. My mom hates my dad. The bench warrant guy told my mom if he doesn’t pay child support by august 1st he will have to see the judge.Â I hope this happens, he will be put in jail. I’m fed up with this.

I can’t changeÂ myselfÂ and be who i want to be because it goes against my reputations.

I can’t be weak or emotional because it’s not how people see me.

I can’t wear make-up because its also against my reputation.

I smile though I don’t feel like it.

All the photos I have of me have fake smiles in.

For once I just want to smile for real.

Shaking

Since most of my life I have kept my issues to myself IÂ havenâ€™tÂ ever spoken directly with someone that can relate about shakes. Â I go through cycles with depression and typically right before the worst ones I start getting nearlyÂ uncontrollable Â full bodyÂ shakes. Â These shakes are usual right after a period where IÂ didn’tÂ feel depressed. Â Just to be clear theseÂ arenâ€™tÂ grand mal seizures but is still for the most part full body and do cause cramps.

I guess in someways I could look at it as an early warning system but nothing I can do helps so it just adds anxiety. Â If anyone elseÂ experiencesÂ anything like this let me know […]
