Hi guys. I am going to sum up my story in a few short sentences.

I tried to commit suicide at 16 following a breakup with a girlfriend, but at the time it was a completely impulsive act. I didn’t write a letter or anything. I just tried to hang myself, stood hanging there for about  2 minutes and then the belt I used slipped and  I woke up unconscious and with a huge headache.

Thankfully, I had no damages and best of all, no one knew about it. To this day, no one knows. I am absolutely terrified of being committed to a clinic or something.

hi, i’m new to this.

for the past year i’ve felt increasingly depressed. i started taking the pill about a year ago and i was thinking this was linked but i went to the doctors and she said that it was me, not the pill.

2 of my friends said they saw my scars on my arm. that must have freaked them out (they’re both older than me). my scars are pretty bad. but you know what they said? they still love me. they said they wanted to cry when they saw my scars. they said they’re here for me.

I’ve never known happiness. I always find myself convincing my friends I was happy and then the next day, I’d be depressed.

Usually, I have periods of happiness and it never lasts for a day. I just go right back to slitting my wrists, taking overdoses, and drinking.
