Thought it was as good a day as any.

I class myself as a very loving compassionate person,

so why not also die on a day that represents me.

Just tried some impromptu exposure therapy. I have pretty severe anxiety. I cant remember the last time i did something as simple as shop at multiple places without having full out or precursor panic attack. Im pretty happy so far today I went to multiple places without being anxious. Gotta take the simple small victories when you get them.

Idk how to get over it. There are times where i dont think about it. Moments where im good enough of a liar to tell myself otherwise. I swear I could have blown my brains out this evening if I had a Gun in my vicinity. Damn, I got a bad panic attack and everything around me became a blur, migraines etc I hate these Panic Attacks … Not sure they are a result of me trying to wean myself off of meds…

So i am writing this post, lying on the bed, completely scared about my physical/mental state. My anxiety has taken a new, aggressive form and my physical condition is getting worse day by day.

I have failed to get control of my thoughts. It’s so hard for me to think good thoughts. Anything positive that comes to my head is thwarted and all I see is gloom and doom. Even though my relatives have known for years that I have Major Depression they still behave in abusive ways. Yesterday I was stressed and feeling extreme anxiety. 6 months ago my best friend died. She had an asthma attack in the middle of the night. That is what put me over the edge. Before that my dad died in a car accident. Maybe it will work

I have been depressed most of my life my first suicide was drinking 1lt of disinfectant at 8 years old and countless other poisonings. But recently i have started trying antidepressants but the doses have little effect. I’ve had up to 900g of venlafaxine a day for a few days now with 4g of risperidone with it and if I feel anxious or an attack is coming I can use quetiapine and with weed I am finally feeling better. There’s no confusion, rapid heart rate, sweating nor is there a high. I feel fine til it wears off

Okay, normally I don’t like talking to anyone especially my family but this time I was kinda forced.
