Lately I’ve been passing time by watching reality television. Before i never watched it and thought it was stupid. It is stupid and ridiculous but somehow watching rich white people is ridiculously hilarious at this point in life. Watched secret princes and am watching nyc prep.

Went to Baltimore a few weeks back, it was fun and nice to be out of my hellhole of a house. moving this week though art of me wants to give up. get up drink meds go to work get up drink meds, go to work. time passes and either way i must be getting closer to death.

I’ve made a few friends here on this site in the last 24 hours I would say. I made a post yesterday basically saying I was abandoning ship in three weeks. I have decided to revise that time frame to three days. I plan on writing my note a day or so beforehand, the necessary materials are in my possession and the stage is set.

I am having the hardest time getting out of this bed today…. It’s super frustrating. I don’t understand how I’m just expected to wipe off these tears and go about life with the fake smile plastered on my face that I am forced to share. I can’t afford to miss work anymore. This struggle is beyond me, but I’ll take just one more step today, because somewhere deep down I know there’s more life left to go.

I am a 30 year guy who had been battling depression and self hatred for many years. As the years have passed I have to work even harder to mask my pain. life is an abstract concept to me…

Alright so this is better than spewing shit out on twitter to people who know you, or potential employeers…

Anyways so I just started my new job, but I’ve always had a problem with social environments.

It’s hard for me to interact with people around me, and the work gets so busy. I end up feeling pretty alone sometimes.

Also a lack of social confidence at a work place? It’s no good to say the least. People don’t look at you the same way.

Living for others

My son is 18, he lives elsewhere, I’ve been a deadbeat mum due to something called bipolar disorder which rendered me incapable of making good decisions. I should have had my son adopted, my mum stepped in but later on she stepped right out and put my son into care at 8 while I had yet another psychotic breakdown. There is no dad for my child. He was psychotic, paranoid, a drug taker, denied paternity after refusing to use a condom for the one time we had sex.

Friends and relatives have good relationships with their kids, they were wanted and planned. Kills me inside.

Does therapy work?

Seriously. When you’re as depressed, unable to trust, wounded, afraid, anxious, angry, and lonely as many of us are, can we really be helped by a therapist? I used to think so but it almost seems like it makes things worse because the therapist thinks they want to help but have no idea what they’re in for. Once they find out they can’t handle it and start taking things personally and then react instead of guiding.

Today is just like the rest

Yet another day that I woke up alone. No missed texts or calls from anyone. No one to talk to except my personal demons telling me your not worthy of experiencing this day. Just the same mundane routine that plagues me every day. Wake up exhausted because I cant sleep well anymore. Its 6 am. Was contacted by someone to C T.B

Posted in here weeks ago, had severe depression from chronic pain and could see no end.
Out of the blue I was contacted by someone who wants the same as me, but for different reasons.
Was a total shock to me to even get a response and to speak to someone so determined to go through with it.
They are interstate and will be travelling up tomorrow to work out the details of how/when etc.

I was born to parents with a failing marriage. My father is an alcoholic and cocaine addict, now in recovery. My father cheated on my mom which eventually led to divorce. Nothing I ever do it good enough for anyone. I’ve been trying so hard for work and so hard in all my relationships and everyone looks at me as a problem.
