So i spent yesterday and moat of today in the hospital for an attempt at suicide i tried to overdose on sleeping pills that were prescribed to me. And now i failed again and feel like complete shit and a complete failure.

hey.i’m so sorry your going through this.:( i know you’re feeling terrible right now,and telling you this might not help,but i’m really glad you didn’t die. you’re not a failure! I believe there is a reason that you’re here.i’m always here if you need to talk okay? *hug*
Thank you. Idk what happened it seemed like things were getting better then i just lost it.
recovery from my eating disorder was really hard,i have a lot of good days,but sometimes it still feels like I just can’t take it anymore.you aren’t alone. I just do my best to hang on and remember that it has always gotten better before. it’ll get better again,it always does. don’t give up on yourself. i didn’t give up,and I believe if I can get better,anybody can. 🙂 it helps me to be prepared though for when those really depressed times do happen.I usually call a friend or go for a run. is there anything that you can do that makes you feel better? my cousin paints like crazy to get her emotions out. music really helps too I think.
I can honestly say I went through almost the exact same experience. I overdosed on sleeping pills in a suicide attempt. I wish I had gotten out after just a day or two. I was stuck in one hospital for a week, and was then transferred to a state hospital for two weeks. It was a horrible experience. I’m truly sorry you had to go through that, I know exactly what the effects of sleeping pills feel like.
Try other methods. If you “failed again”, I hope you tried something else the time before this. Recover, get back up, and do what you gotta do!
Yer, don’t try this method again. Sounds like torment waiting around in hospital afterwards.
