I have been struggling with depression and had 1 fail attempt of committing suicide the only reason why I am still here posting my story of my dog. I was always lonely and was extremely anti-social but having a creature not human comfort you is truly amazing. It’s been 2 month since the suicide attempt and still struggling to get trough a single day of school and living at home in a family that doesn’t understand you. Thank you for reading.

I believe Life will get better for you. I am glad your dog brigs you comfort > but sometimes we need humans in ou lives too. So dont give up on people. Try nd find some good people to spend time with. People who can help you in life.
As much as a human can save a dog’s life by adopting one from a shelter, I believe in the end they actually save our lives. I do agree with Uptown234 about keeping human contact. Do you have a dog park in your city? If you do take your puppy there.
Yes we actually do but i live about 45 min from downtown where the park is located but i rather avoid that ares brings back alot of bad memories of my family and where I lost my mother a few years back. Thank you all for the input.
I sometimes go to bed thinking everything will be better the next day and that my life is just a bad dream. And when I wake up reality snaps back in to me and than I remember. I am an embarrassment to the family according to my father and I am useless to society. My goal is to inform others of what I live trough everyday.
TheWorldIsCruel,
It’s great that your dog is a bright spot in your life that helps you continue living. You said things are a struggle at the moment, but I hope they improve very soon. Best wishes.
