Raindrops have been catching my eye lately. Humans and our shit are predictable and banal, but raindrops…not so much. Feels good to take pictures again, just wish I could make myself stick with it.

Whether it’s Christmas or any other day, the question remains unchanged. I’m not living, just existing and for what? My pets are the only immediate reason. It could be called something different, for example if we wanted to talk about it neurobiolocially, it’s anhedonia, the inability to feel.

It’s -30 degrees, and I felt at peace.
Thought about how hard the walk is, how cold it is. Thought about my hands and toes which still hurt.

Wondered if I could make it to the coffee shop.
And I made it.
So I’m sitting here, wondering how treacherous the walk back will be. I wonder if I can get a ride to work tomorrow.

Since my parents both died, even before that my siblings treated me like dirt, stole a condo from me and have done other hateful things towards me. I dont speak to them anymore.
