I don’t know what to think. I’ve been drinking to dull the pain. Now, I can’t drink much because it hurts my stomach, so I just sip it, little by little. I’ve had this four loko for 3-4 days now.

I know Salt posted a little while ago, and it seemed he was on his way over to the other side. I’m just curious, has anyone who speaks to him more often than I (which is pretty much never), heard anything? I’ve always gained inspiration from him, through my different alias here, and the world have lost a brilliant soul. Halloween used to be my favorite day of the year and the fall used to be my favorite time of year but it’s managed to be miserable every year since 2011 when my first cat was sick and dying.

I’ve come to the same conclusion as I did probably a good 15+ years ago. The guy I had loved so deeply is completely unobtainable. Things I hate about my depression.

I can’t focus at all.
Feeling really empty and guilty
The domino effect. Bad things happen after another because I decided to skip a day and just lay down.
The constant thought of dying.
The sudden panic attacks or just the feeling of being on the edge of a cliff. Just there. Not falling but not exactly okay. Then breaking down.
Even though I’ve thought of changing, my body won’t listen.
Can’t eat normally. Hungry but will feel uneasy after two to three bites.
Being blind to good things.
Anxiety, man…
