What has changed from a year ago when I starting to be suicidal again nothing apart from me starting to act on it I should have done it a year ago just prolonged my pain and suffering so what is if nothing changes by next year that would be two years of suffering and u happiness would be ideal to swollow something and sleep forever but that ain’t going to happen I need a better method or the courage to follow though with a method I’m not keen on who knows time will tell I guess

How do I get my hands on antidepressants?

As in, how do I get the psychologist to prescribe me antidepressants? Its literally the only thing I went in for. I want to see if real pills will affect anything overtime, not those, “TODAY I WANT YOU TO TRY AND…”

My husband hid the razor blades from me so I went and took a Lighter and put the edge to the flame then to my outer thigh i find i like this method better then cutting it leaves no real mark just a red spot that hurts when i touch it. I like the pain its what i deserve . i like the cutting too i left no scars but i liked the blood now i Like the pain.

I think tomorrow is the day

Tomorrow I will attempt suicide for the second time. The first time was basically a joke as I had no idea what I was doing. Since then I have dedicated months to finding an effective method and I think I have.

Tonight I will be setting up a series of delayed emails that I will schedule to be sent out to people sometime next month.

Looking forward to going out the same way I have spent the majority of my life. Alone.

I think I plan to go by May. The month I’m supposed to graduate. See, I was to kill myself January 9th (my birthday) I had the right method to make sure I don’t actually wake back up, but I didn’t have the right place. I am so tired of life… for 3 years now i have been suffering from depression, My family wont help me and I cant trust anyone, I have tried to kill myself before by trying to suffocate myself didn’t work as i panicked, but i think i will try the suicide bag method as this seems to be the best i have been researching it, and i think i will go ahead with my plans as soon as i get a hold of everything i need.

I’m laying in bed on the verge of saying fuck it and shutting it all down. The hardest part is actually finding the perfect method.. At this point im completely calm and collected, I just want it to be as painless as possible. I’ve actually died once before for a few seconds. And remained in intensive care and on suicide watch after attempting an overdose. But from past experiences, over dose hasn’t actually worked. Sadly its my go to method, mostly because I either dont have resources for other methods, or it seems too painful. I just want to go as peacfully as I can.

So I told my psych that my preferred method was gas. Went to do some shopping this morning. Got a call from her out of the blue just as I was loading a 1200 llitre bottle of argon into the car. She was like “what ya up to” without a though I was “just buying gas”. Gas Is now gone and I’ve just been removed from my house by the crisis team.

I should really learn to keep quiet.

For those that discover the body of someone attempting a firearm suicide, the vision may well be traumatic. A shot to the head that has an exit hole is likely to spread blood and brain/bone fragments over a wide space. Depending on where the gun is aimed, it is also possible that bloody facial disfigurement occurs. Even a bullet not existing the head will result in blood coming out of the entry hole.

Shots to the chest or abdomen are even more likely to cause significant bleeding, with the likelihood of finding the body, possibly still alive, in a very bloody state.

I have researched and read that jumping from a great height is the most effective method of suicide this side of shooting yourself with a shotgun. Yet I worry about the people who might find me: what if it’s some little kid who is then traumatized for life, because of what I did. That would be jacked up.

this is a video of the trains that come though my home town. Notice the very low bumper on this coal train? It would be very easy to fling me off instead of decapitating me like I wanted to happen. Plus these trains don’t travel very fast, like a bullet fired from a shotgun would. I watched a number of these videos.
