I just took 15 ibuprofen . I did it because I want my parents to know I need help. I don’t want to die. I’m home alone should I call my dad to take me to the ER? PLEASE HELP I DONT WANT TO DIE 🙁

Steady your breathing and drink water. Eat food. Relax and don’t worry. Keep updating how you are doing please. I’m glad you don’t really want to die. Your parents care, just talk to them and tell them how you feel. It will be ok
Yes, call your dad and tell him you’re sorry and you just need help. I wouldn’t call an emergency right now, if you’re feeling worse though you should at least talk to your parents about it. It’s never good to take 15 ibuprofen at once, but I wouldn’t be too worried about permanent damage to your body. Still, next time you need help you should better find someone to talk to, your parents, friends, teacher, people on here etc.
I take about 20 every time I take ibuprofen so you should be fine if you took the 200mg but even if you took 500 pills you would not die there would be damage but it is hard to OD on ibuprofen so don’t worry you will be okay and no you don’t need to call your dad
You won’t die from that few of ibuprofen. I’d tell your parents but don’t make it into a huge issue because they might take you to the emergency room to get your stomach pumped and trust me, you don’t want that. Go to the ER, don’t tell them you OD on purpose or they’ll put you on a hold, but voluntarily sign yourself into a behavioral health ward if you want help.
