I don’t know if I’m truly in crisis or just experiencing an increase in intrusive suicidal/ self harm thoughts. I don’t know how to talk to my husband about it because I know it will upset him. I have everything prepared for my final exit right done to method, date and suicide not written. Still, part of me doesn’t feel like I need help. Sorry for the rambling, just really confused. I don’t know if I should reach out to my doctor for help, wait it out and see what happens or just follow through with my plan.

I feel like theres no reason to live. I’m not moving forward, I’m unemployed, Im not interested in anything. I saw my doctor on Tuesday. He said he was worried about the episodes I’ve been having and said he was calling my psychiatrist to bring forward my appointment. I don’t want him to. I think I will start posting everyday that my depression acts up.

Ive been depressed since I was 3 years old on and off. It’s really quite odd though to think of a depressed three year old. Lately I’ve been getting worse though. I thought I had been cured of my depression for a while because I hadn’t felt it there. I think the reason I’m feeling depressed is because I stopped taking my antidepressants for a few days…. I know, not a smart choice.

I can’t handle or control my emotions. My emotions fluctuate and change on a dime. Sometimes it’s stays that way for several hours or days, and other times it’s minute by minute.

I really want to see a psychologist about my problems. A while back when my mom found out I was cutting I went to a counselor, and it helped a little bit, but she was basically a school counselor.
