Some of my former workplaces have been worse than high school. Try not to let them derail you. There will always be people who block progress or demean you. Try to prove them wrong. I’m around your age and I learned long ago that people will find the flaws no matter how “perfect” you are. Just try your best.

I would think and hope so. Unfortunately, some people lack empathy. They’ll catch their own karma at some point. Leave the negative ones alone so they don’t distract you.
