I never keep promises unless I reeeeeeeally have to

The only reason I keep any promises is when either the law or the medical establishment forces me to keep them…

wow, what i crazy past few weeks.

What just happened?

Everything was going so well. It’s already seven p.m. and I haven’t felt suicidal all day. For me, that is a hugeÂ accomplishment. I spent the day with real smiles on my face. I felt like I was alive again. I thought “maybe everything will be all right now.”

I wasÂ wrongÂ of course, I’m not all right.

Seven months. Seven fucking months I was cut free.

i have attempted suicide at least 5 times. I have thought about it more hours than I can count. Ive suffered rape, loss of loved ones, physical and emotional abuse, OCD, and an unstable childhood. Today is my best freinds birthday.
