Why does it suck ass?

-Because I have no real friends. I have ONE person who emailed me Happy Birthday. Oddly enough, more companies send me Happy Birthday emails than real live people. Companies that want my business… O_o

I only come to this website when I’m feeling down
and that’s ok because I know it will pass eventually
but it also sucks because I know that it will also come back like always.
It’s just a bummer to be doing something and then have the horrible thoughts come into your head. You don’t want them there but they stick around anyway, making everything miserable.

I got a story. I can’t promise it’s a good one though

So I have a girlfriend and we’ve been together for about 2 1/2 years. She just recently got diagnosed with depression. And although I am trying my best to make her life easier, it feels like I’m not really doing enough.

We’re both just college students living with our parents so I can’t be there for her all the time, which really sucks cause when she does need me I can’t really be sure I’ll be there.

Any tips on how to help her would be greatly appreciated

so this is my first post. I’ve stumbled across this site a few times but never posted. I’m currently an inpatient on line of sight in a psychiatric hospital. I’m 30, I’m a doctor and I’m married with two kids. So plenty to live for. I’ve a hold load of baggage which I’m not even going to go into.
