I think we should have the right to die no matter the situation. Transgender people have the right to completely change their lives if they choose to. If a transgender male wants to have his penis removed , he goes in for evaluation and see if that’s what he really wants . after a year I think and after tons of questions to make sure that’s what he wants BAM! My gender kind of really gets me down, which causes me to freak out and cut, to feel a little bit better. And I feel like I don’t want to live if I don’t know who I am, and I can’t live like this much longer.

I don’t know how or where to start. Suffered from depression as long as I can remember. Meds help, but only to a point. I thought I had found a semi-happy medium. I haven’t posted on here in a while…my last note was sort of melodramatic. A lot has happened since then. I won’t delve into it.

I think I might have an answer. An answer to my depression, my self-harm, my self-consciousness. For years I haven’t felt comfortable in public, around other people. I’ve felt like a giraffe in a group of flamingos. Weird analogy, I know.

Well this is kinda weird being back here after 2 years.. I can say that things do get better if you just wait it out but thats not really the reason ive returned (if ya catch my drift). I can’t get help, and it’s going to kill me.

Being transgender, a lot of my normal life, when I’m not suicidal, depends on my ability to get medical treatment- much of which involves therapists asking me, time and time again, if I’ve had any intentions of hurting myself in recent times. I really need to talk about it. I want to get help. But I know that if I say anything, I could end up far more depressed, and being denied treatment I desperately need.
