So basically my dad told us the news on his birthday which sucked. This was before he left us.

Then my mum was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She had a lot of treatments done.

What else.. My mum and dad officially got a divorce and my dad stayed at his parents’ house.

I started getting bullied, cyber and at school. I still do, it’s because I’m apparently ‘fat’.

I developed anxiety and depression. I moved out of my mum’s, but got kidnapped back by her, unwillingly. It didn’t last long. I then got a psycologist. I still have her. It sometimes helps, but hardly.

I’ve done drugs since about the 7th grade, so about 4 years. I first started off with smoking weed, just like everyone else my age, but last year I started doing pills; anything I could really get my hands on: Seroquel, Tramadol, Xanax, Hydrocodone, etc.

My first time cutting

Well I tried cutting for the first time today……

I thought that maybe since it helps a lot of people with their problems one way or another it might help me.

Well, it didn’t.

I was so freaked out.

At first it looked like the blade didn’t do anything but then my skin started opening and you could see this white layer right under my skin and blood wouldn’t stop coming out.

I know, it’s kinda gross.

I’m sorry if I just made you feel sick but I had to tell someone.

Do you ever think your happy but a repulsive assholes points out your flaws? That happens to me all the time, but look at it this way. You’re a barbie from an outlet store a few bumps and scratches, anyone who doesn’t appreciate You is a snobby asshole. They keep saying they want the real thing, but they’re ignorance has blinded them from the fact that barbie is plastic after all. think again really. I think we’re all here for a reason. WHY? are we put here? on this earth. I’ve always questioned myself that. there are 3 main things to happiness in this life:
1- HEALTH
2- FAMILY(OR FRIENDS- OR EVEN JUST ONE FRIEND), so therefore:
3- LOVE

If you have those things, rethink things over. the good things in life happen whenever they need to happen. it sounds even annoying to say, but its the truth.

I got close again to my ex and it’s clear as daylight can be when you go from the dark to the outside…she is my doom. I know what I can do to be okay. I simply do not like this life and find it boring… So I should shit on other people to be happy myself… So I need to lower my standards….

Side note… I know depression And cancer are caused by foods that we eat (stress also helps) and I wonder these rich companies… We’re they aware ? Or should we believe in their stories when the time comes that they get unmasked? […]

As you get from the title I am new at this, I don’t really know where to begin. Sorry if it’s hard to understand I’ll do my best to keep it simple.

Folic Acid and Zinc

I’m posting this to help anyone here that reads it. I’ve been taking a folic acid supplement along with a zinc supplement and it’s really helped. Folic acid helps in the production of neurotransmitters which I’m sure anyone who’s on here knows that these are the chemicals in your brain that regulate mood. I hope that I have helped at least 1 person on this board.

im going to see my doctor soon that’s specifically for my anti-depressants. I started at 50mg then 75mg and I don’t think I can keep going on in life with out more. Yes I’m depending on medicine to help me but it hurts so much without it. it helps for a while then I just have to up the dosage. What am I suppose to do? I keep getting urges to cut and sometimes I fall in to them. How am I supposed to fight self hate and self harm at the same time??

I started highschool, alone, like always.

I’ve been having a lot of problems at home, with my dad being mad at my mom and I, barely acknowledging that we live there too. There is just too much tension and I just can not take it anymore. Shakes

I was started on lithium and gabapentin I’m the psych ward and have had crazy shakiness ever since. I’m also on Zoloft, seraquel and trazadone. I stopped the lithium and gab cold turkey about a week ago but still have the shakes. Makes me want to blow my head off. I didn’t take seraquel last night to see if it helps but I wasnt able to sleep but 1&1/2. Anybody else have this problem? What do I do? Feel like I’m going crazy… again
