I found this website an hour ago. I read posts. I am sobbing.

I’m not alone. I’m not alone, I’m not alone, I’m not the only one. And I am so angry because of it.

Why do other people have to suffer? Why do these things happen? I knew I wasn’t the only person- most of my friends are, but the fact that this many people-

I’m writing this and it’s early as fuck.

I can’t sleep. I just made a grilled cheese too an it was great. Early in the morning is when my thoughts are crazy.

New year, same problems
Am i good enough? No.
Will i ever be? No.
Was i ever? Definitely. Maybe.

I think thats the sad truth about everyone whos sad, and depressed,
They were brilliant, if not brilliant, they were adequate at some point of time, and then due to something or someone, now they arent good enough. And that makes them think they never were good enough.

Sure as hell thats what happened with me.

I’ve been reading recent posts and think it’s a very positive thing that you make new year antecipations and resolutions. it means deep down you still have at leats a tiny shred of hope.

Lately i find myself living day by day and dreading the future, which for some who used to think far ahead makes me unrecongnisable for myself.

I see my doctor on Tuesday. I need to talk to him about things I’m not completely honest about with my psychiatrist or therapist. The only problem is I’m concerned he’ll side with them. I hear people say it all the time. I never think anything of it. I just immediately nod my head in agreement. Then that point of the conversation is over with.

I never hear people fight the statement or really just stop and think about it. I mean, yeah, it probably can’t buy some people happiness, depending on the reasons they aren’t happy to begin with.

I am so tired of life… for 3 years now i have been suffering from depression, My family wont help me and I cant trust anyone, I have tried to kill myself before by trying to suffocate myself didn’t work as i panicked, but i think i will try the suicide bag method as this seems to be the best i have been researching it, and i think i will go ahead with my plans as soon as i get a hold of everything i need.
