To kill time I binge-watched all 8 seasons of House on netflix. I am so disappointed with how everything ended I’m so hateful towards myself and everything around me so I have these moments were I cease to have any control over my rage today I got in a fight with my brother and all I could think was to make sure he never fucked with me again to seriously harm him Idk why I left Idk how i did eitherthe urge to let the rage take over was so strong (no he’s not much younger than me and no I didn’t even make him bleedi really wanted to do much worst)

I wish I knew what was wrong with me. I don’t know if I will ever be consistently happy. I’m changing into somebody I don’t like. There’s not much emotion anymore. Feeling nothing

“I’m afraid of dying” was something that I used to think and say a lot, but I have forgotten how it feels to be afraid and not ready to die.
For about 5 years, I’ve felt constantly sad. Can’t say I’m depressed since I’ve never been diagnosed, but I can say that feeling hopeless is now my “normal” feeling.
So I wonder, what is the normal “normal” feeling? It’s obviously not hopelessness, so what is it? I wish to love life again. Either that or just not live. It’s not like I’m actually living, anyways.

first dissociative experience

Was nice felt so light physically and mentally. A nice break. But be warned… had i a gun nearby i wouldnt be here i dont think. I conceptualized and pictured that and there was no hesitation mentally. Almost a feeling like it wouldnt be quite real or i could try it and then undo it. Hard to explain not a bad experience but maybe a bit dangerous.
