I have had the worse five months of my life; anxiety, bdd, everything has destroyed me and who I am. I look fucking 10 years older. I think it is time for me to go; the only comfortable thought I have: Suicide.

Depends on what you want. They might have been the worst months of your life, but everything changes (for good or for worse), and you really don’t know if things will continue to degrade or improve instead. What is your own answer to your question? that’s the important thing. Maybe you want to do something with your life, just hanging on for family or loved ones, just hanging on for the possibility of change… only you can answer that. Hope that things do improve for you, few things are set in stone.
go to YouTube and listen to under the sea….sorry that seems very flippant but it has really helped me tonight …sometimes we really need a distraction so that we can regroup and realise just how worthwhile we are and just how much we contribute to the people around us- talk to them, share, don’t be afraid to tell them what you are really feeling and thinking….
Don’t end you’re life be strong during time things will get better it just takes time be patient
