I will never be the pretty one

I will never have the great body

I will never make enough money

I will never be loved

I will never be good enough

I see everyone around happy. I have given up all hope that a happy ending is ever in the cards for me. So I am just going to go through the daily motions and not worry about it. I’m just not good enough.

I’ll keep this short.

I’m 36 male been suffering with stress and anxiety for a couple of years. Drove my wife and two kids away that I love very much about two months ago.

Been having counselling for a while and been on propanalol which doesn’t seem to help.

I don’t want to die but neither do I want to love this new life.

Holy shit. i never thought that i would still be alive today. Things were so bad back then.

Having your first real boyfriend, whom to this day you both still have some kind of connection, rip your heart to shreds was enough to send me back into my depression. I feel so numb. I feel like nothing around me is real. I should have told my pdoc that I attempted suicide when I had my appointment, but I guess I assumed the hospital told her since they asked for her name and I provided it. But nobody told her and I told her that nothing changed and I was still depressed and she just refilled the medicine I oded on and off I went.
