FYI: “Psychoface” is my endearing term for a psychiatrist 🙂 Actually, she’s a certified nurse practitioner, but I chose her because she’s a native English speaker. She’s turning out to be no better or worse than the MDs I’ve seen recently, except for this one thing….

Just wondering how many of you have been prescribed antidepressants for bipolar type I or II disorder and of you how many have benefited from them? I was diagnosed bipolar II and general anxiety disorder, and I haven’t read a lot of benefits from taking antidepressants and that it can induce manic episodes (which I don’t need more of).

In two days, I’m ending things.

I don’t think the advice given here is related to the ban on “Suicide methods help”.

I am not asking how to kill myself.

I am not asking for convincing.

My mind is set and I will do it in two days, no one will stop me but myself.

I should’ve done this earlier, but I was just too all over the place for these last few weeks.

Sometimes I scroll through the project and read all the different titles, but never read any further, nor click on any links. Just now I saw consecutive headings saying ‘Rest in peace my dear friend’, ‘My Daughter’, ‘Should I do it tonight?’ and ‘Clarity’. I lost someone who I thought loved me. I took on this new way of thinking & living & he left. No more sexual pleasures for God wants me to wait on my husband is what I told him. I guess that sex is all he cared about. I don’t know how to feel. Part of me thinks that him leaving was the best thing for me but most of me is sad & hurt. A while back I was confronted by a goon at night who wanted to forcefully make off with some of my possessions. He walked up to me like, ” Hand over that bag if you don’t wanna die, do you really want to die??”

The date I set to die

Reallized I wasn’t ready

Wondering if I should do it at all

Recently I started working in a call center, I have worked there for two weeks. As someone who is severely depressed and has been suicidal for a long time, I just can’t handle it. I repeat the exact same thing on the phone for 10 hours a day. I have worked plenty before and it wasn’t my favorite thing to do but I could handle it. There is no hope for me. There is no help for me. I feel an immense sense of inadequacy. I feel like a burden on the world. I feel burdened by the world.

I was too stupid to trust a friend with my suicidal thoughts.
I told her how I want to die.
She told me about people dying wanting to live.
I told her: ‘Life is unfair, people can’t really have what they really want. I want to die but still living, they want to live but they are dying. I don’t see your point. Should I feel blessed for having something others want when I, myself, does not want it?’

I lied to my parents about having suicidal thoughts and carrying on self harming. Should I come clean because they are getting worse I keep taking pills and cutting and I feel its going to get worse. Should I go doctors? Or maybe counseling?
