Ive had depression for roughly 4 years now and I’m at the stage where death is a comforting thought but there’s no way I could abandon my mum. If it wasnt for her I would have killed myself a long time ago. Just when I start to feel happy it all comes crashing down again and Im sick of trying new ways to make myself feel better but as long as my mum is here I feel like I have to keep trying.
