Hi everyone it’s been a while. I’m aware about the rules on posting music and I’m sorry. It’s just I feel most people here might catch the vibe that I catch just like this song and the words “how did I get here”
Those listening I ask myself this all the time “how did I get here”. I was listening to this today staring out my window of the cold sunset just thinking The feelings of this song is strong hope this music does good for you all like myself.

I’m in a fairly blissful mood atm. Its probably the chicken wings. The game is about to start. Im semi rooting for Carolina because im in South Carolina. I honestly could care less though. I just hope the Comercials aren’t annoying. I’m in a pretty zen mood. I usually post when im suicidal. I figured I’d post when I’m not. Ive been through to much not to enjoy the peaceful moments.
The past couple of days have been really good for me.
I’ve been hanging out with some childhood friends again and surrounding myself with great people.
I’ve been trying not to put myself down as much, and if i catch myself doing so then i try to focus on something else like music.
I’ve been training for my new job. I’m excited. It’s going to be better than what i thought.
I’m just trying to look on the bright side of life. I spend too much time being pessimistic. And life is wasted if the only thing you do is feeling pessimistic.

I’m trying to keep it together here… I feel like life is just bearing down as hard as it can right now without outright killing me in some torturous way. Yesterday I found out that my sister, my best and… pretty much only real friend in life has a cyst near her brain that’s pressing against it and causing bleeding. I’ve been coming down with something lately . And I’m so tired . I can’t stay awake in class either. This week has been shitty. I’m sad, but I’ve got a job interview this weekend. I’m excited. It’s the only thing giving me hope at the moment .
My depression took a break, I think. I didn’t go anywhere or see anyone but I had a moment of happiness when I heard one of my favorite songs . Then I drew a little and actually enjoyed it.
I’m not sure this is SP material but I thought maybe this is hope for some of you.
Either way today was a win. I wish for all of you to have a victory tomorrow 🙂

The wrost, just experienced the extreme pain in my knees. Unable to stand on my feets.

Our worst method of self harm isnt cutting, or burning,
It is self sabotage.
Atleast thats the way with me.
Worst part , i still have that lingering hope.
And the fact that i am sabotaging myself, while still having that little hope, is tougher.

I’m scared. I can’t shake this misery. I don’t know how to.
I’m so afraid of death but so afraid of carrying on with my life- is it just going to be like this from now on? Hurt piled upon hurt upon hurt and the remedy all in other people’s hands?

Hello all, it’s been years since I last visited this site, under a different Alias. I wanted to share my experiences, maybe to give hope, maybe just to get things off my chest. I’m a male, mid 20’s. I was emotionally and physically abused, and I lost several friends (and a loved one) to suicide, and I myself attempted thrice. I was shattered, broken, and in a dark place. Hasn’t felt like Christmas today at all, haven’t felt that so-called Christmas spirit throughout the run up to today at all this year. Seen so many photos of other people being happy today, and it just deflates me even more. Had messages from a few people saying “hope you’ve had a good Christmas” but ended up just ignoring and not replying cos there’s no way of really explaining to them how I’m really feeling. Feels like crap like any other day. Will be the same tomorrow. Wake up, feel like crap for the whole day, go to sleep, repeat. What a great life.
